About Stefania, the artisan

Stefania carries forward her family’s approach, working in careful stages from the harvest into the kitchen. Ripe tomatoes and aubergines are washed, peeled, and slow-cooked at low temperature to protect their clean flavor and richness. Each sauce is filled, bottled, and labeled by hand, upholding the family’s promise to maintain tradition in every batch.
