I’m Carlo. Born and raised in Sicily, I grew up surrounded by good food, strong espresso, and Sunday lunches that lasted all afternoon.
Food runs in my blood. I’m the son of Pippo, a true master Sicilian patisserie chef who taught me that passion, patience, and great ingredients make all the difference.
After earning my degree in Literature and Languages, I moved to London and have been proud to call the UK home for over a decade.
