Delivery Information

At The Sicilian, we take great care in selecting, preparing and packing your order so that it reaches you safely and in excellent condition.

Where We Deliver

We deliver throughout Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) using DPD. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is FREE on orders over £59 within Great Britain. For orders of £59 or less, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

We normally dispatch orders on the next working day after they are placed. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days from the date you place your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide DPD tracking information.

Delays and Busy Periods

We always aim to meet our usual delivery times, but these are estimates rather than guarantees. Adverse weather, courier disruption, bank holidays and busy periods, particularly Christmas, can sometimes cause delays. If you are concerned about an order, please email info@thesicilian.com. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
