I love serving it in generous slices with crusty bread, a few olives and a glass of white wine. It's also a wonderful addition to a cheese board, especially alongside a little honey.

This cheese is much less salty than the pecorino with pepper corns. It is really quite mild but very tasty and I will be ordering more of it soon. Great alternative to the usual pecorino one buys in the large shops.
