During the COVID lockdown, cousins Jacopo and Lorenzo rediscovered an old family recipe found by their grandparents, Umberto and Franca.

What began as a simple act of baking at home soon became Biscotti Bizantini — a way to share an authentic, time-honoured flavour beyond the family table.
