Ingredients: Panettone dough (87%): Base mix (type "0" soft WHEAT flour, sugar, BUTTER powder, emulsifier (E471), skimmed MILK powder, salt, dextrose, whey powder (MILK), flavourings), BUTTER, candied orange peel (12% of finished product) (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose), sultanas (6% of finished product) (sultanas, sunflower oil), type "0" soft WHEAT flour, EGG yolks, sugar, natural WHEAT sourdough (type "0" WHEAT flour, WHEAT sourdough powder, enzymes, flour treatment agent (E300)), orange blossom honey, yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), flavourings.

Almond glaze (9%): Sugar, vegetable fat (palm), rice flour, ALMOND flour, modified starch (E1414), malted WHEAT flour, EGG white.

Decoration (4%): Whole unpeeled ALMONDS and sugar granules.
