Ingredients:

Panettone dough (71%): Dough base (type "0" soft WHEAT flour, sugar, BUTTER powder, emulsifier (E471), skimmed MILK powder, salt, dextrose, whey powder (MILK), flavourings), BUTTER, type "0" soft WHEAT flour, EGG yolks, sugar, natural WHEAT starter (type "0" WHEAT flour, WHEAT sourdough powder, enzymes, flour treatment agent (E300)), orange blossom honey, yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), flavourings.

Pistachio filling (23%): PISTACHIO cream (pastry preparation containing glucose syrup, sugar, water, vegetable fat (palm), sweetened EGG yolk, ethyl alcohol, skimmed MILK powder, MILK-based preparation, thickener (E1422 – modified maize starch), whey powder (MILK), emulsifier (E471 – mono- and diglycerides), preservative (E202 – potassium sorbate), flavourings), PISTACHIO paste (4% of finished product).

Coating (4%): White icing (sugar, palm kernel fat, skimmed MILK powder, LACTOSE (MILK), emulsifier (lecithins), flavourings).

Decoration (2%): Toasted PISTACHIO pieces.
