Ingredients: Panettone dough (70%): Base mix (type "0" soft WHEAT flour, sugar, BUTTER powder, emulsifier (E471), skimmed MILK powder, salt, dextrose, whey powder (MILK), flavourings), BUTTER, type "0" soft WHEAT flour, EGG yolks, sugar, natural WHEAT sourdough (type "0" WHEAT flour, WHEAT sourdough powder, enzymes, flour treatment agent (E300)), orange blossom honey, yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), flavourings.

Mandarin filling (23%): Mandarin cream (glucose syrup, sugar, water, vegetable fat (palm), sweetened EGG yolks, ethyl alcohol, skimmed MILK powder, MILK-based preparation, thickener (E1422 – modified maize starch), whey powder (MILK), emulsifier (E471), preservative (E202 – potassium sorbate), flavourings), mandarin paste (1% of finished product) (sugar syrup (sugar, water), glucose syrup, mandarin juice, flavourings, thickener (E440ii), colouring (E160a)).

Orange glaze (6%): Sugar, vegetable fats (palm kernel, coconut), skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural orange flavouring, colouring (E160c).

Decoration (1%): Candied lemon peel cubes (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice).
