How we use it in our family

I love using saffron in risotto, especially a traditional risotto alla Milanese, or adding it to rice dishes and delicate sauces.

One little tip: steep the threads in a small amount of warm water before adding them to your cooking. This helps release their beautiful colour and aroma.
