About Feyles, the artisans

Grissinificio Feyles was born in 1968 in the heart of Piedmont, from a family passion for traditional breadmaking. What began as a small artisanal bakery producing hand-rolled grissini Rubatà has grown into a respected name, without ever losing its soul. Today, the Feyles family continues to bake using time-honoured methods, carefully selected local ingredients and non-GMO flours, staying true to the flavours of their land. Every breadstick tells a story of heritage, craftsmanship and simplicity — just as it has for generations.
